Customers who use this system are required to comply with general etiquette, morals, and technical rules when using the Internet. Article 2 Measures in case of violation of terms of use For customers who perform acts that are deemed inappropriate, such as acts that cause inconvenience or disadvantage to a third party, or acts that may interfere with the services of this resort and this system, please refer to this system and each hotel. We may refuse to use the service. Article 3 Compliance with usage rules When a guest who has made a reservation using this system uses a guest room, he / she is required to comply with the "Accommodation Agreement" separately set by each hotel of the resort. Article 4 Reservation application When making a reservation application using this system, please enter the data required for the reservation of the desired product accurately in the reservation application form. If the data entered in the reservation application form is incorrect, the reservation may be invalidated. Article 5 Completion, cancellation, change of reservation Accommodation reservations using this system will be completed when the reservation completion confirmation email is sent. In addition, reservation cancellation (cancellation) and reservation change of each hotel of this resort using this system shall be done on this system. Article 6 Accommodation fee and other usage fee settlement The user shall pay the fee for the reservation made by the procedure of Article 5 of this agreement by one of the following methods. 1. 1. Local payment The user shall pay directly to each hotel of the resort using cash, credit cards that can be used separately by the Company, various cash vouchers, etc. 2. Online card payment (1) You shall pay to us through a credit card company using a credit card that can be used separately by us. The credit card that can be used is limited to the credit card in the name of the user. (2) If the user uses a credit card in the name of another person or a forged fraudulent credit card and the Company suffers damage, the Company will ask the user for compensation for the damage, and the user will request this. You shall be obliged to compensate. ③ If charges not included in the online card payment are incurred, the user will pay each hotel of the resort locally. ④ If you contact each hotel of the resort directly and perform the change procedure, the difference between the changed usage fee and the online card payment amount for the reservation before the change will be settled through the credit card used at the time of reservation. If for some reason the difference cannot be processed through a credit card, the resort hotels will contact you and follow the instructions. Article 7 Cancellation fee If the reservation is canceled due to reasons attributable to the user, a cancellation fee may be incurred. The cancellation fee shall be based on the cancellation policy set for each accommodation plan. Article 8 Precautions for using this system The services provided by this system do not have an advantage over the services provided by other than this system (telephone reservation, fax reservation, other reservation handling counters, etc.). Article 9 Customer's Internet usage environment This system is based on the precondition that the customer's usage environment and various settings such as e-mail are properly set. We do not take any responsibility for the operation result of the person who does not meet this condition and the influence caused by it. In addition, even if this condition is met, even if this system does not operate properly due to reasons beyond our control, we will not take any responsibility for the effect caused by it. Article 10 Self-responsibility In using this system, the customer is liable for any actions taken by the customer, any actions taken by his / her own email account, and the results thereof, regardless of whether or not the customer has made any actions or negligence. In addition, when using this system, except for cases due to our negligence, if the customer causes damage to a third party, the customer shall resolve the dispute with the third party at his / her own risk. Article 11 Handling of personal information The personal information entered when applying for a reservation will be used for the business of our company and each hotel of our resort. Article 12 Change of system contents If we deem it necessary, we may change the operation or contents of this system without notifying the customer in advance. After changing the contents of this agreement, only the changed contents will be valid, and the contents before the change will be invalid. Article 13 System interruption The Company may temporarily suspend the use of this system without prior notice or approval to the customer in any of the following cases. 1. 1. When it is determined that temporary interruption of this system is necessary for reasons other than the above.
